Eng. Kenneth Odur holds a Bachelor of Science (Hon) in Civil Engineering from Makerere University Kampala and a Post Graduate Diploma in Construction Management from Makerere University Kampala.
He is a member of the Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers, The Engineering Institution of Zambia, and registered with the Engineering Registration Board of Zambia.
With more than 15 years of working experience as a Project Manager, Eng. Kenneth has been exposed to Water, Structural, Dams, Irrigation, Bridges and Highway Projects. His exposure and experience is the benchmark upon which all Sheilken Investments Ltd's projects are executed.
Eng. Kenneth is responsible for leading the implementation of the company strategy as well as mobilising resources for the organisation.

Sheilah oversees the company's financial management functions, including project budgeting, cost control, cash flow management, and financial reporting. She ensures compliance with statutory requirements, supports bid pricing and tender financial evaluations, and provides strategic financial oversight to enhance project profitability and organizational sustainability.
Noone is a detail-oriented Civil Engineer with a solid structural engineering background. He has completed numerous residential, commercial and industrial projects. Noone believes that "No dream becomes a reality through magic, but through hard work and determination." This ideology is what makes him an asset to Sheilken Investments.
Emmanuel is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling all logistics and supply chain activities for construction projects. His role includes procurement scheduling, materials tracking, supplier coordination, fleet and transportation management, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to site.
